Staff Resources

In the Staff Resources section, we have included a range of documents and templates to assist you with your employment. This page will be periodically updated, so check back regularly for updated versions of templates and additional information. It is strongly recommended that all employees retain a soft copy of all Staff Resources in case a lack of internet connection prevents access to this page when a template or information is needed.

All employees are required to read and acknowledge the policies outlined in the Calibre Workforce Employee Handbook. These policies will help you navigate the best course of action while working on behalf of Calibre Workforce. Being familiar with the related procedures will ensure that any issues that can arise are promptly and professionally dealt with.

The Calibre Workforce time sheet is available on this page. Employees are responsible for printing, taking and completing time sheets when attending a shift given by us. If you have problems with retaining a stock by yourself please get in contact using the email address listed on the time sheet. It is important to hand time sheets in on time and with a signature so the accounts team can process pays efficiently. Late time sheets may be processed the following week and unverified time sheets cannot be processed until a client signature has been received.

Some general workplace health and safety resources are available on this page. Knowing this information provides a solid knowledge of health and safety in the kitchen. However, we recommend that each employee ask the manager of each workplace about their safety procedures when arriving on site. As each site is unique every site will have different risks associated with it.
