We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for a beautiful golf club bistro on the Surf Coast
This venue is all about producing high quality meals and exceptional service for members and guests.
This position will suit a self-motivated and confident individual who takes immense pride in customer service and has a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a restaurant and function setting. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who can lead a fun & hard working team and manage all the day to day operations of the bistro.
Reporting to the General Manager some of your duties will include:
- Supervising Waitstaff
- Communicating with Head Chef
- Managing all bookings
- Marketing initiatives with GM
- Function enquiries
- Rostering & Training
- Building and maintaining guest and member relations
