Labour Hire Roles we offer

Kitchen Staff

Chef

Skilled in function and plating services, low level a la carte experience. Suited to kitchens that are staffed with more than one other chef. Newly qualified with less than 2 years of experience or not qualified with 6 plus years of industry experience.

Chef de Partie

Fully qualified with 3 or more years of experience. Can work independently as a section chef in pans, fryer or larder and grill section (must be requested) Versatile in section control, food preparation, mise en place and different cooking techniques.

Experienced Chef / Senior Chef

Extensive experience and advanced skill in all sections of the kitchen and quality control. Can support in leadership as a second in charge role and can also work unsupervised or be the only chef in the kitchen. Strong in communication and organisation.

Head Chef

Responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ordering, kitchen and staff management. Create specials, menu plan in line with concept of the venue. Suitable for covering annual leave, leadership shortages and new kitchen start ups.

Kitchen Hands

General dishwashing duties; pots, pans and kitchen equipment and operating industrial dishwashers. Kitchen cleaning, maintaining kitchen surfaces, cleaning floors and garbage disposal.

Food Service Attendants

Fully compliant for work in aged care settings. Performs food prep and cook assistant duties for the chef. Carries out meal service to residents and dishwashing duties.

Floor Staff

Wait Staff

Serving and clearing of food and drinks from table. 3 plate carry, drink tray service. Pouring wine and champagne. RSA Compliant.

Senior Wait Staff

Lead other wait staff in a team, provide full table service, work independently in an la carte section. RSA Compliant.

Bar Staff

All round bar duties including pouring tap beer, stock, set and pack down of bar areas. Pouring of wine and spirits. Cocktail making (must be requested). RSA compliant.

Barista

Skilled coffee makers with experience in volume coffee making. Can perform other customer service duties and waiting duties. Are also RSA compliant

Cleaner

General cleaning duties in various types of settings such as restaurants, accommodation, clubs, cafes, aged care facilities. Works independently following a set list of duties or can assist your current cleaning team.
